1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Mero’s Cut services, including in-store appointments and online booking. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
- Barbering services are available in-store and by online booking only.
- We do not sell physical products online at this time. Future online product sales will be subject to updated Terms.
- Appointments are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Booking and Payment
- Payment is made in-store unless otherwise stated.
- Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings.
- No refunds are provided for completed services.
4. Discounts and Eligibility
- Discounts may be offered for students, retirees, and military personnel.
- A valid ID must be presented in-store to verify eligibility.
- Failure to provide valid ID will result in ineligibility for discounts.
5. Children Policy
- No haircuts for children under 1 year.
- Skin fade haircuts for children aged 6+ only.
- Scissor cutting on back and sides is restricted to children 6 years and older; younger children will only receive clipper haircuts for safety.
6. Safety and Conduct
- Service may be refused to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service.
- Customers must behave respectfully toward staff and others.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is”. Mero’s Cut is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages resulting from service use, child movement, or failure to follow staff instructions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
